One of the requirements of this intensive is that you write a final reflection. The documents below gives you information that you must include and there is an example of what the reflection should look like.
FINAL REFLECTION ASSIGNMENT
Congratulations on completing 2 weeks of intense physical activity and nutrition training! You have most definitely grown physically and mentally since you began this process, and we hope that you have also enjoyed it along the way!
One of your final tasks for this intensive is to write a reflection about your experiences in this course – your progress, your process, your current thoughts about fitness and nutrition, and your plans for utilizing what you have learned after this course is (unfortunately) over. Be sure to include the answers to the following questions in your reflection:
When writing your reflection, make sure you are honest, thorough, and reflective. Please take your time and answer all of the questions seriously. Your reflection should be written in paragraphs – NOT a question and answer format.
This reflection will be due the day before EXPO Day. Please let your teachers know if you have any questions.
